Steve Blenheim Creative Director
In a design career spanning more than 25 years, Steve has specialised in producing brand identities, print and digital communications, packaging, signage and environmental design. Having worked with a diversity of large corporate and SME clients across many industry sectors Steve provides a wealth of professional experience coupled with an enduring, open and easy going client relationship style. Steve is active in his support of the design industry and has been past Vice President and National Councillor of the Australian Graphic Design Association 1988-96. His work has been recognised locally and abroad with many industry awards. Steve has become an expert on local sporting venues, ferrying his 2 young sons to their many sporting commitments every weekend.
Vincent Lazzara Strategy Director
Vincent has worked in design, marketing and branding for over 20 years, starting with the founding and management of Storm Image Design in 1990. During this time Vincent has been the strategic lead on many brand and marketing programs for clients such as: the AFL, Ansett Australia, Freehills, Parks Victoria, Deakin Prime, Deakin University, Museum Victoria and its museum brands Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum and Scienceworks. Vincent provides strategic planning and direction as well as managing the implementation of brand and marketing execution programs. One day he hopes to see his beloved AFL team St Kilda win a premiership.
Lynne Franke Client Services Director
Lynne has a passion for brand and design. This is evident in the way she ensures that all her projects deliver above expectation and the entire process is a positive and prosperous experience for her clients. Lynne is an original Blenheim team member and rejoins after an 8 year international hiatus bringing with her 15 years industry experience gained in Australia and the UK. Just a handful of Lynne's Australian clients over the years include: Queensland Rail, QR National, Tennis Australia, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Multiplex, Tetley, Sensis, Becton, Hocking Stuart, CPA, Grocon and Mirvac. Being an elite calisthenics performer in her younger days, Lynne's cartwheels are spectacular!
Fiona Chambers Design Director
With over 15 years experience, Fiona has spearheaded strategic creative initiatives for some of the world’s best known brands. Honing her corporate, packaging and environmental design credentials on both large and small scale projects in the UK and Australia, Fiona has worked for clients including Mazda, Norwich Union, RBS, Mars, Sainsburys, Coles Myer, Officeworks, Marks and Spencer and Disney. Understanding the importance of embedding a strategic approach into the creative process has resulted in Fiona leading creative teams and projects that are strategically creative, and help build the value of the client’s brand and business over time. A secret dossier has uncovered that Fiona, international woman of mystery, was a roller skating champion in her youth. Her roller derby name, when she puts the skates back on, will be ‘Fi-rocious!’ Grrrrrr!
Richard Seyb Graphic Designer
A born and bred New Zealander, Richard is a versatile designer with a passion for creating stand out brands. Having two Best awards under his belt, he brings a genuine enthusiasm for creating customised and ambitious solutions for clients – especially for those with a social conscience. His eight years professional work covers small to large scale branding, government sector communications, youth focused resources, and various creative campaigns promoting education and the arts. Some recent clients include: Goodman Fielder, The Australian Sociological Association, The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, Avenues Education, Toll Holdings, Oakton, Financial Planning Services Australia, Oriental Tea House. Richard believes in strong ideas, a high level of craft in their execution, and a work ethic to match. He is also obsessed with macro photography and gets very excited about the weird and wonderful things of this world through a macro lens.
